由於早幾日食過覺得相當唔錯,所以喺今日「爸爸節」我們再去粉嶺和豐街嘅「雅士餐廳」食晚餐慶祝!我們叫咗三個晚餐,喺點完餐之後,首先嚟嘅係牛油餐包同蒜蓉包,烘熱咗嘅牛油餐包包質相當軟熟,而蒜蓉包係新鮮即叫即焗,所以非常酥脆香口,而且整塊包都搽滿新鮮嘅蒜蓉粒同香草,令到味道相當芳香惹味!之後就嚟咗餐湯,周打魚湯嘅濃稠度調教得恰到好處,唔會太過稠身,而變到好似漿糊咁,呢點係值得讚賞,而且材料亦好豐富,所以味道好鮮味!羅宋湯嘅湯料份量十足,湯底嘅味道相當鮮甜香濃,而且酸甜辣嘅比例啱啱好!酥皮焗海鮮湯嘅酥皮同早前食嘅一樣,酥皮焗得非常酥脆,放落湯入面,吸收晒鮮味濃郁嘅湯汁精華一齊食,真係超正呀!由於我們一家都比較鍾意食牛扒,所以主菜我們就揀咗幾款唔同嘅牛扒一齊share嚟食,美國安格斯肉眼扒嘅肉質相當鬆軟,唔會有韌嘅感覺!美國安格斯西冷牛扒嘅肉味係幾款牛扒當中最濃郁㗎,食落感覺比較有咬口,而且肉汁都幾多,完全唔會有「嚡」嘅感覺!紐西蘭肉眼扒嘅表面煎得好香口,入面嘅肉質非常嫩滑!而且三塊牛扒都超大塊厚身,食落唔會有根同幾乎係無多餘嘅脂肪,真係超正同超抵食呀!因為好味到停唔到口,所以我們好快就將牛扒同
總括:最值得讚賞係師傅控制牛扒嘅生熟程度相當恰到好處,我們要求7成熟,亦可以達到我們嘅要求,唔會我們要7成熟,但出嚟就變咗全熟或者係過生,真係值得一讚!
