蟹甲羅燒份量好多, 味道鮮甜無比, 帶陣陣蟹膏甘香, 撈左脆麵包糠碎增加層次, 另有一件脆多士伴食(但就有少少潮左) 蟹甲羅燒燒後依然有些少水份, 唔會太乾, 勁正!!

龍蝦已被開邊, 而且為半熟狀態, 上檯後侍應再放上爐稍為再燒, 以火槍係表面輕輕再燒, 令龍蝦可以鎖住肉汁, 之後再於面層佈上味噌同埋蝦膏既mixer, 最後再用火槍係面層稍後燒下。

面層既醬汁極為鮮甜, 很重蟹膏香, mix左味噌都唔會過鹹, 龍蝦肉札實, 很爽口, 因為個醬只係附於面層, 所以唔會cover 龍蝦原汁原味既鮮甜味, 勁正!!! 好中意!!!
