To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴日中午去食餃子，點左一份芹菜餃，麻辣土豆絲同一杯豆漿。先上麻辣土豆絲，因為超小麻辣，我叫阿姐可唔可以比多小小麻辣，佢叫我自己用台上面既辣椒醬。好喇，我照加，食左其實係唔一樣，我心諗：如果係一樣不如下次清上土豆絲，我自己加辣醬咪得羅。不過我都廢事同佢嘈，無再出聲。。到芹菜餃，上黎個刻有一半都碌到串晒爛晒。。咁好明顯入面既肉汁無晒喇，仲要食到有件既肉係梅好肉爛肉咁，諗起都想嘔。店舖比以前新左，但食物越來越差
