To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於荃灣廣場附近既小店,舖面唔多吸引!今日突然想食下越南嘢所以就來左呢間試下舖頭真係好細,但都有幾張卡位可以坐!今次試左兩款嘢食火車頭(生牛肉、牛腩、牛筋丸)湯檬粉生牛肉送到時仲見到粉紅,食落好嫩好滑,牛腩細舊既就好淋,大舊就比較乾身較硬!而牛筋丸有牛味但無彈性,無咩口感同埋個湯底唔係好熱,唔知係唔係驚生牛肉會太熟!越式手撕雞法包法包好香脆,入面包住材料好多,除左手撕雞仲有好多配菜同香菜,而主角手撕雞好多汁,一D都唔乾

生牛肉送到時仲見到粉紅,食落好嫩好滑
,牛腩細舊既就好淋,大舊就比較乾身較硬!而牛筋丸有牛味但無彈性,無咩口感
同埋個湯底唔係好熱,唔知係唔係驚生牛肉會太熟!

越式手撕雞法包
法包好香脆,入面包住材料好多,除左手撕雞仲有好多配菜同香菜,而主角手撕雞好多汁,一D都唔乾
