A long overdue catch up at this relaxing Vietnamese bistro. 峴港鮮蟹肉炒飯:The Da Nang style crab meat and assorted seafood fried rice was very aromatic and tasted so delicious! There were loads of fresh crab meats, shrimps, and some chewy seafood bits- some sort of clams we guess, shallots, Vietnamese sausages, carrots and veggies. Fried rice was stirred with a tomato-based seasoning and we loved it. 白夏酸子鮮魚窩:It’s a seafood night so we had this good-looking tamarind fish pot. Boneless sliced white fish

白夏酸子鮮魚窩:It’s a seafood night so we had this good-looking tamarind fish pot. Boneless sliced white fish cooked in an appetising sour savoury tamarind soup, paired with bean sprouts, tofu puffs, tomatoes, and a special Viet produce: young lotus stems!
🐰 越式芋圓椰汁凍:The bunny coconut panna cotta is a must-try. We were both stunned by how cute, bouncy and jiggly it was! This bunny coconut pudding even sat inside a bathtub bowl. Served with sweet coconut crisps, taro balls in heart shapes, strawberries, mangoes, red beans and some mini rice balls/ sago that made the bathtub bubbly. Both the presentation and texture were excellent! Totally made our day!
