荃灣路德圍附近食肆林立,今次又去試新餐廳!朋友提議吃東南亞菜,於是我們就找了間越南菜餐館。小食拼盤 有齊蔗蝦、雞翼、蒸粉皮及春卷,份量蠻多。蒸皮很足料,每隻都十分飽滿。喜歡連同蒜片一起吃,更加香口!春卷外皮脆口,餡料有豬肉、木耳、蘿蔔絲等,口感豐富。隨拼盤附有生菜,用來包著春卷同吃可減低油膩感。雞翼充滿牛油香氣,肉質嫩滑,略嫌粉漿有點厚。蔗蝦蝦膠彈牙,沾泰式辣醬同吃,更添惹味!青檸梳打 ,不會太甜,吃完濃味食物,飲一口,冰涼解渴~越式金邊粉跟泰式的有點不同,泰式比較酸,而越式香料較少,本人喜歡越式多一點!金邊粉幼身,口感幼滑、炒得乾身爽口。裡內有蝦仁、肉片、札肉、蛋、芽菜等,金邊粉吸收了醬汁味道,不錯!馬拉盞炒通菜傳來陣陣香氣,鹹香味令人垂涎。通菜口感和味道較濃香,既香辣又惹味!
