在香港,大部分餐廳質素確是不錯,環境,食物,服務勝價比也高,消費者比多小小錢也不介意, 明白在香港寸金尺土,租貴,人工貴,營運不易,但餐廳就衰在只限用時60-95mins,咁不如去快餐店/茶餐廳食lunch?起碼冇加一牛板腱火車頭雜錦湯河 --- $88 (生孰牛肉,牛丸,牛柏業)不是一碗,是一小盤,份量很多,湯底味道不濃烈,沒有大驚喜,但份量目測也很多,牛柏業切成河粉的幼條size,混在一起,份量也不小。小食--- $38自家製手打香茅蝦棒兩件不過不失,蝦味不濃,整體味道不錯,但彈牙感不強大大杯椰子珍多冰---
