To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過咗嚟中環做嘢搵咗啲舊同事一齊食飯，中環真係變咗好多，多咗好多唔同嘅餐廳，佢哋今日帶咗我去一間四川風味的麵館。瘋狂擔擔麵擔擔面上面好多肉碎，而且肉碎已經炒香左配上質地非常彈牙面真係好搭配瘋狂牛肉麵（ BB辣BB麻）成碗麵落咗好多我最愛嘅蔥和芫荽，食落去每啖麵都可以夾住芫荽同蔥嘅香味，而且紅湯底少少麻少少辣食落好過癮，面的質地非常彈牙。涼拌木耳開頭第一啖食落有d辣，食落去好泡椒的味道感覺非常之過癮烏梅汁烏梅汁酸酸甜甜完全可以解辣羅漢果冬瓜茶濃濃嘅冬瓜茶味道清熱解好下火成都老冰粉我第一次食這個甜品，感覺好似食緊QQ啫喱配上香口的花生和清甜的提子乾食完這個甜品完全係完美嘅句號下次再去中環會再試吓去其他嘅小食，好想試吓他的呠呠雞。
