To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食過越南野，行開荃灣廣場，行後兩條街，見到有越南野食，叫小越 廚，正宗越南食品入去試吓，食下小店支持下，七點半，都已經係爆爆地場，雖然係小店但係整體感覺乾淨，而且每個位置都掛住有越南特色嘅小掛畫及擺設，同埋女侍應服務感覺好親切，急不及待叫咗個小食拼盤$88有雞翼，春卷，扎肉蝦餅，全部都係我哋至愛之一，扎肉囗感得意，同出邊唔同，春卷炸得香脆，🦐餅咬落彈牙，仲有好重嘅蝦味，烤肉串$39,配合個花生醬好好食，庶蝦$44及米紙蝦卷$44，米紙煙銀配合新鮮蔬菜及大蝦口感好豐富，一客有四件，因為太好味掛住食，忘記影全相，食到最後先記得影相，因為我哋好鍾意食雞翼，所以叫多客雞翼$30，香茅豬扒飯$53，豬扒入味而且吾銀，而且份量大，香茅雞扒撈檬$53，雞扒入味，但肉質柔嫩蝦肉卷湯檬$56，蝦肉卷炸得香口，配上熱辣辣洋蔥同其他香蔥配料令湯底更加清新，再加上有幼幼滑的檬粉。食完個身，暖粒粒．泰式豬頸肉咖喱撈檬$50，咖喱汁夠晒多，而且味道唔算辣，咖喱味香濃，我哋每人仲叫咗一隻溫泉蛋，飲品方面椰青、懷舊熱鹹檸水，梳打鹹檸水、鹹檸七，好耐冇飲過好回味，每人都係$140，經濟實惠又好味，地點都非常方便喺
