呢個商場自從翻新重開後, 加入左好多新食店進駐, 呢間越南菜店係其中之一, 未夠七點, 門口等位既人已經出現場內環境佈置簡潔, 以越南帽掛係粉藍色牆身作裝飾, 全場爆滿餐牌上提供食物選擇都唔少, 由小食, 沙律, 米紙卷, 飯,烤類, 湯河粉, 飯類, 甜品及飲品都有既然係咁, 咁就叫個香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷 ($78)作為小食先, 一客六件, 賣相顏色吸引!  軟身米紙卷包住芒果, 軟殼蟹, 濱海及生菜, 材料都幾豐富, 令到成條米紙卷幾飽滿!香芒食落香甜, 配埋香脆既軟殼蟹一齊食都幾夾, 濱海粉質柔韌, 食起來帶點米香, 令整體口感變得有層次!馬拉盞炒椰菜苗 ($68), 味道惹味, 椰菜苗食落無渣, 用黎配襯飯/檬粉都唔錯!天氣凍凍地就想叫番個煲仔菜, 呢客香芧咖喱牛筋腩煲 ($108)食時以火爐仔慶住, 內裏材料包括有牛筋, 牛腩及薯仔, 份量都唔少!咖喱汁帶點微辣度, 但好香咖喱味, 所以叫左碗白飯($14)一齊伴食; 牛筋腩食得出炆得夠時間同入味, 整體黎講係呢餐驚喜之作!豬耳扎肉手撕雞湯粉 ($58), 通常叫得湯粉, 未食前先會飲啖湯試下味, 湯底味道幾夠味, 跟住加埋芽菜香

豬耳扎肉手撕雞湯粉 ($58), 通常叫得湯粉, 未食前先會飲啖湯試下味, 湯底味道幾夠味, 跟住加埋芽菜香葉入去浸一浸; 鷄絲當然有比力令到個湯檬更鮮甜; 而個扎肉入面有埋豬耳, 食落比起一般扎肉來得更爽脆, 幾特別!

甜品類選擇唔太多, 但呢款越式千層糕 ($38)我早已預留位置比佢, 入口暖暖, 口感軟糯, 加埋香味椰汁就令到成個千層糕更加好味道
