To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日晚上6:30去這店,大靚位,原打算去牛涮鍋,但要等好耐故去左這間,但中伏了。叫左個蜜桃豬扒飯,點知除左個鐵盤是熱,飯和豬都唔熱既,仲要鹹得很。叫左個溫泉蛋卡邦尼意粉,無個飯咁鹹,但都係鹹。薯條是正常的。叫左兩杯野飲,其中一杯係凍檸茶但完全無茶味,真係從無飲過無味有色既凍檸茶。食左45分鐘後,那職員就在執野,砰砰boom boom,目的係趕我們走,其實我由入去到走都得45分鐘,一小時都無,但服務卻是這樣。總結:食物和服務都不值再去。
