To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返工的食飯時間,約左屋企人荃灣飲茶睇過開飯,地鐵站附近的南豐中心有兩間酒樓,一間服務差到會問候家人,一間等點心時間冇半個鐘都九個字…基於食飯時間有限突然醒起綠楊坊有間美心皇宮,所以黎左入到去已經下午茶時間,兩點九到…已經有位…坐低d阿姐就叫我快d去d推車仔度拎野食…三點就冇車仔這個年代還有這些點心車的酒樓真是小之有小我即刻去拎d燒賣,雞扎,鳳爪…大家即刻唔客氣…食左先!由於大家都係點心怪的關係,三個人都叫左超過十籠點心講番食物大部份都係不算大碟燒賣,雞扎,牛肉球,叉燒包…不過不失炸物叉燒酥,咸水角…不會覺得油膩熱氣還有點了兩碟小炒,55蚊一碟:火鴨炆米…湯好清好味,不是味精湯,但鴨肉好像不太新鮮有點霉味咸魚雞粒炒飯…足料,雞肉好大粒,我覺得可以,但兩老都話咸魚味唔夠驚喜位:鮮竹卷…開頭望個樣以為灌湯餃,睇真d先知係咩,超多汁…仲有舊菜膽整體黎講可以接受…一個鐘內黎齊晒食飽飽食埋糖水走人

大部份都係不算大碟

燒賣,雞扎,牛肉球,叉燒包…不過不失
炸物叉燒酥,咸水角…不會覺得油膩熱氣
還有點了兩碟小炒,55蚊一碟:
火鴨炆米…湯好清好味,不是味精湯,但鴨肉好像不太新鮮有點霉味
咸魚雞粒炒飯…足料,雞肉好大粒,我覺得可以,但兩老都話咸魚味唔夠

驚喜位:鮮竹卷…開頭望個樣以為灌湯餃,睇真d先知係咩,超多汁…仲有舊菜膽
