To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫左好多野食，我冇樣樣都食，係咁e講下啦個黑木耳好好食酸酸地又爽口咁好開胃的，我食左勁多，好正個炸兩皮好薄，入面好脆好好食，好想食晒成碟仲叫左個炒飯，係啖啖都好多瑤柱ge，好足料的！餃類冇咩特別，同普通茶樓差唔多啦流沙包三個入面其中一個唔流ge！甜品桂花糕都係普通啦咪又係咁，或者係我唔識欣賞overall d 野食都係中上水準，冇樣野係難食，有d野就好好食咁，服務好好ge，有人黎分飯，我係咁跌筷子，次次都有waiter黎極速換比我我會再黎食的！
