第一次來到佐敦的food court,餐廳的種類非常多元化,加上位於酒店的底層,有不少遊客前來進餐。而我哋越南菜的Fuhn吸引着,便拉着朋友一試!我們點了一份柚子汁鮮蝦沙律$68share,分量頗大的,鮮蝦爽口彈牙,蝦味都幾重,配上新鮮嘅沙律菜、洋蔥、車厘茄,感覺清新,還非常開胃呢。朋友點了一份特別牛湯金邊粉$98,材料有生牛肉、牛筋、牛柏葉、牛丸等等,一個女仔真係食唔晒。我點了一份生牛肉牛柏葉湯金邊粉$72 regular估唔到咁足料,生牛肉非常嫩口,生熟程度剛剛好,加上牛肉味香濃。細滑的金邊粉加上越式湯底都好錯。regular對於唔係幾大食嘅我來講係啱啱好。不過講到尾呢度最講究嘅都係湯底會加入羅勒、辣椒葉、薄荷葉、魚腥草、紫蘇葉、毛翁葉、九層塔、喇沙葉、鵝蒂等,令味道更有層次。呢杯牛油果奶昔$30口感細滑,不過一個人飲晒有啲濟朋友點了很fresh的新鮮椰青$28。
