入冬後, 同朋友食得最多就係火鍋, 所以需要不停到處搜尋各具特色的火鍋店位於旺角上海街, 油麻地地鐵站出口行4分鐘就到達既火鍋店, 其實附近都有此火鍋店的易拉架廣告而家喺Facebook簽到打卡即獲一客, 呢款冰菜好特別, 不是到處可以買得到, 表面好似佈滿一粒粒水珠, 食落去咸咸地, 脆口, 同友人都食到停唔到點了招牌鍋, 鍋好大, 入面材料有雞腳花膠鯊魚骨, 就咁飲都好濃郁此鍋附送甘香泡飯, 用白飯炸過後, 一粒粒果然甘香, 就算用熱湯淋落去食, 都仲係好脆口好有米香, 一D都唔油平時食火鍋不會點小食, 不過這一款是侍應推介, 就點一客, 果然油炸鬼已經炸到到好脆好乾身, 入面滿滿是墨魚滑, 再加上面層有大量蟹子, 入口爽脆不油, 幾特別四寶餃, 有齊雲吞/鳳城水餃/泡菜餃同韮菜餃各兩粒, 如果兩人用又想試多幾款配料, 可以合併各要一半, 寫1/2就得架喇平時青醬煮意粉就食得多, 青醬雞肉丸真係第一次食, 裡面雞肉碎混入青醬, 好fusion 元貝每隻計算, 唔算好大粒但味道鮮中帶甜, 侍應還幫我們夾起元貝, 以免元貝過熟,相當細心牛頸脊油脂分佈平均, 輕輕一灼5秒即可入口, 肉質

侍應周不時為我地加湯, 隔走面層既油, 整晚絕不覺得湯底油膩, 越煲個湯底越濃郁, 有少少膠質既感覺. 配料價格合理, 冬天又多一個火鍋地方了
