疫症係香港開始緩和, 同事們都積極搞飯局, 公眾假前夕放工後, 齊齊去火鍋燃打邊爐。平日晚7點, 門外已經有人等位, 醒目既我當然預早book位, 順利安排入座。餐廳環境很有中國風, 雖說檯與檯距離都幾近, 但冷氣很夠, 沒有焗促感覺。先送上一整盤混醬配料 (茶芥+醬料: HK$10/位)呢度火鍋配料選擇多多, 部份款式更有半份/全份選擇, 湯底亦很有特色, 最後選擇了【蜂巢豆腐白湯鍋】HK$130乳白色湯底很足料, 包括有多種名貴藥材, 其中有原條人參, 湯底味道甘香清甜, 另外仲有好滑既鴨血, 同埋蜂巢豆腐, 啖啖都充滿豆香+湯汁味道。每次黎我都定必order【腐竹雞蛋糖水沙冰】HK$33沙冰打得幼細, 入口冰涼即溶, 豆香味偏重, 甜甜地... 正!【極品安格斯肥牛 (小)】HK$165肥牛色澤鮮嫩, 牛脂分佈平均, 肉味偏重, 小份夠哂兩個人份量。 【蜜瓜水晶包】HK$39很有特色, 水晶包熟後, 外皮軟滑, 一咬之下, 內裡熱辣辣蜜瓜汁湧出, 充滿蜜瓜果香, 非常清甜。【脆鯇腩(半份)】HK$39魚質超爽, 有魚鮮味, 不過半份其實只有兩件有肉食, 唔太夠喉。【桂花蚌】HK$
