To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然唔少朋友話彭慶記好耐之前巳跌哂Watt, 但唔試過又唔心熄, 於是就同朋友來食. 結果真係麻麻地.1) 蒜香雞 - 雞肉算嫩, 但皮濕, 唔香口, 完全唔吸引2) 炒鮮奶 - 下粉太多, 勁糊, 仲要燶燶地3) 砵酒焗蠔 - 夠肥大, 但腥4) 例湯: 幾鮮甜, 唔錯好彩朋友幫我响澳門帶來嘅蝦子花生就好好食 ~~

2) 炒鮮奶 - 下粉太多, 勁糊, 仲要燶燶地

3) 砵酒焗蠔 - 夠肥大, 但腥

4) 例湯: 幾鮮甜, 唔錯

好彩朋友幫我响澳門帶來嘅蝦子花生就好好食 ~~
