今日朋友帶我入西貢食海鮮,去咗間米芝蓮星級菜館。散叫之外,仲有二人或者四人海鮮餐。🔸椒鹽奇脆豆腐豆腐的外表炸至金黃色,皮薄脆口,內裏的豆腐軟滑。🔸白灼海中蝦蝦隻爽口有膏,點啲辣椒豉油提升鮮味🔸椒鹽焗鮑魚用刀叉剧鮑魚,大連鮑魚厚身,肉質軟腍適中,帶淡淡的椒鹽香。🔸蜜糖欖角骨如果去酒樓食飯有呢道菜,都係必點菜式。肉質腍滑入味,外邊微脆鹹甜。🔸豉油王炒麵炒麵口感爽腍,冇滴油又唔會太乾身,加埋炒過的芝麻好香,正!🔸米湯浸時蔬食海鮮之外,都要加番碟正菜,菜心滑身爽脆。跟着朋友食好西,實冇介紹錯。
