Restaurant: 聚來車仔麵
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹我來深水埗這間「聚來車仔」，除了主打車仔麵外，我被它其他的招牌小食吸引了！我點了一客招牌鮮煎餃子（雙拼），揀了韭菜餃及芝士粟米餃。餃子煎得非常香脆，其中芝士粟米餃咬開更有芝士拉絲、粟米亦粒粒香甜，真的是必點之選！我們也叫了秘製咖哩豬扒飯，豬扒及咖喱汁是另上，豬扒也是煎得香口，咖喱汁不太辣啱啱好。另外車仔麵不得不試，我們加$2選擇生菜底，配上豬皮豬紅及咖喱魚蛋，正宗車仔麵選擇。每樣主食都可以加凍飲，凍檸茶確有茶餐廳風味。
