上星期日預祝車公公壽辰繼上次車婆婆壽宴各人都頗欣賞當晚的美食便再一次到殷悅設宴又要麻煩PR幫忙訂欄檯,好美的蛋糕係乖孫同女友Choco的心意~跟上小餅皮同吃可助解膩,乳豬皮燒得非常鬆脆不油膩好吃得很~ 富貴千島明蝦用上千島醬包裹爽口蝦球酸酸甜甜的頗醒神不過車哥哥偏愛上次的沙當尼明蝦球黃金百花球即炸蟹丸夠晒熱辣辣也彈牙算ok啦泮水芹香雙脆睇菜單時還以為雙脆係D蚌類點知係果仁覺得有點不夠大體合桃還淋身的這個no good金湯花膠燴海皇相信係南瓜湯不過味道唔突出但湯羮內超足料每口都能嚐盡海蝦和花膠粒~ 麒麟鮑螺片冬菰好香滑配上金華火腿同食好匹配食完麒麟鮑螺片後停了頗欠侍者跟我說魚還末上得可否先上脆皮醬燒雞OK不可要親友久等跟上回一樣皮脆肉嫩但不知為何找極也找不到雞翼尖? 久侯多時的沙巴龍躉我哋16人得一條真覺得有點少..(上回19人有兩條) 杞子圓肉奶凍都夠香滑但杞子圓肉只係裝飾奶凍內並冇加入~
