想不到The Drawing Room可以再度重來,店內保留了前身Vasco的高格調路線,而且VIP房更見華麗氣派,在餐前更可以悠閒地使用顏色筆及畫紙畫畫四周的環境或食物,實在是很有趣的感覺。餐廳由意大利來港的總廚Chef Gabriele Milani主理,Gabriele曾在多間米芝蓮餐廳任職,實力無庸置疑,亦是一個令人期待位。檯上放了蕃茄及原味的 Grissini,全是自家製的,誠意度十足,咬落香脆可口,真是未入正題,已經令人期待。餐前的自家製麵包款式不算多,但滿有麥香,如果不是要留多點胃部空間,恐怕來兩round都不夠。Amuse Bouche - Truffle potato foam with bell pepper其實是前店的名物,餐廳刻意保留,在輕柔的泡沫薯蓉加入甜椒及澆上松露油,入口芳香馥郁,幼滑細嫩,真的一點都不簡單。Burrata - Creamy Burrata with Raw Tomato Juice & Marinated Italian Red Prawn ($320)絕對是整晚的驚喜位,色澤豔麗的意大利紅蝦,肉質鮮嫩爽彈,與龍蝦之類是截然不同的兩種質感

絕對是整晚的驚喜位,色澤豔麗的意大利紅蝦,肉質鮮嫩爽彈,與龍蝦之類是截然不同的兩種質感,舌尖都能感覺到的鮮活,即時澆上蕃茄汁,與墊底的水牛芝士更是絕配,令整道菜不論構圖或在味道上都完美而歸一,也許單單為了這道菜,已足以令自己跑一轉。

若不是有人解說,很難相信眼前肉質依然胭紅而幼嫩的安格斯牛柳,是經由先烤再慢煮再烤的方式處理,而不失柔嫩的口感,肉味依舊的香濃,伴碟的丁方牛舌,有著吸引的嚼口,對於牛魔王的朋友,更加是不容錯過。

賣相有點吊詭,也許是在下想歪了,總是有種不文的聯想,由於太飽,只試了咖啡味的馬卡龍,外層飽滿而脆口,內裡軟綿而煙韌,相當對辦。

已經很久沒品嚐過有如此高水準的Fine Dining,加上性價比又高,老實說,餐廳已成了在下跟太太慶祝紀念日的名單前列,真期待下次的造訪。
