To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛巧合過去鰂魚涌，搵個地方食早餐，經過見到依間落地玻璃，環境開揚的餐廳，於是入去一試。點了兩個Bunch，英式早餐及明太子三文魚意粉，另外兩杯咖啡Latte & Cappuccino。英式早餐算是豐富，除了基本的材料，還有一個焗芝士薯蓉，味道不錯，唯一要注意的是職員上菜時，手指不慎碰到碟內一小部份食物，觀感甚差⋯⋯明太子三文魚意粉，麵身煮得剛好al dente👍🏻，味道可以。Latte及Cappuccino 咖啡一般。整體來說，食物中規中矩。
