To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2：30pm就有下午茶餐，今次想輕食，所以與朋友點了四色吐司四、芒果奶油酥皮拿玻崙、蜂蜜白苦瓜汁，蜂蜜木瓜鮮奶。 1. 四色吐司 ＄43 （評分：5／10）搽在吐司上的紅豆醬和cream都偏少，感覺有d hea, 味道好一般，幸好吐司烤得有少少脆。 2. 芒果奶油酥皮拿玻崙 $46 （評分：6／10）份量比餐牌圖和想像中大，有3層酥皮，很脆很香口，但芒果可能不是當造，很酸，破壞了整個拿破崙的味道。 3. 蜂蜜白苦瓜汁 （跟餐加＄3）（評分：4／10）因為想回憶一下台灣的味道，所以叫了，但味道真的不能跟台灣相比，味道相差太遠了。我第一口喝下時是覺得沒有味道，蜂蜜不夠甜，沒有苦瓜味，只是喝到沙冰的冰味。之後攪混後，喝到一點點白苦瓜味和吃到白苦瓜渣，可能這裡的白苦瓜不夠台灣的靚。 4. 蜂蜜木瓜鮮奶 （跟餐加＄3）（朋友評分：6／10）朋友評語：不夠木瓜味 ，淡左少少，奶味太重。
