朋友喺中環返工,今日搵佢食個午飯聚下舊。我同朋友一樣都係辣痴!呢間鋪頭佢已經食到同啲職員都熟曬,真係好誇張。所以今日就朋友拍板,佢話呢度啲乾炒就最正嘅,就叫咗個辣子安格斯牛柳粒,同秘製乾鍋雞煲。平時佢哋麻椒花椒起完鑊就會拎起,其實係幾細心可以避免唔習慣嘅食客,食到咀都麻木左。由於我同朋友都好辣得,所以就特登叫佢留番,唔需要拎起。牛柳粒係睇得見嘅真材實料,香口到不得了,肉味濃。麻椒都炒到卜卜脆,我同朋友一粒接一粒咁樣咬,好爽!雞煲嘅味道相對就冇咁刺激,亦都冇咁乾身,雞肉炒得入味又滑,都唔錯。最鍾意呢度有draft beer,食辣野有啤酒飲的確係爽
