💛💚💜🧡🥦🫑🥬🍆🥒🌽🥕🍅 地方寬敞明亮,清靜光猛,坐位就像普通中式酒樓的設置,緊密適中。 像傳統中式素菜餐館一樣,有多種傳統菜式可以選擇,但全都是蔬菜改良而成的。這菜館每一味菜式,份量比較多,味道比較重。 糖醋咕嚕(猴頭菇)有蛋這是一道比較受歡迎的菜式,味道甜而帶一點點酸,脆漿包裹著猴頭菇,外面脆,沒有油膩感。內裏有一絲絲纖維,甚有咬口。但如果可以改為「少甜」,感覺會更健康。 台灣炒米粉 (素叉燒,素餐肉,銀芽,冬菇,椰菜,蛋)米粉炒得有鑊氣,乾身,不油膩。第一口的感覺是「香」,「薑」,一股薑味充斥住口腔。每一啖都有米粉和大量配料,蛋碎就像桂花一樣,鋪滿整碟米粉。沒有一種「米粉多於配菜」的感覺。 沙爹金菇雜菜煲相比之下,這個比較遜色。份量是大的,煲底鋪的全是烚好的雜菜,上面有濃濃的沙爹芡汁,但芡汁比較死鹹,沒什麼沙爹的味道。 Just like a transitional Chinese restaurant, with bright and neat setting, the whole restaurant is spacious and comfortable.

💛Crispy Lion’s Mane Mushrooms with Sweet and Sour sauce
Lion’s ManeMushroom (Hericium erinaceus) is my favourite fungi with a lot of fibre, and its texture is really like meat. They are cut into small pieces and coated with crispy shell with sweet and sour sauce. Not oily or greasy,the sweet and sour sauce covers all these.
💛Fried Rice Noodle in Taiwan Style
(Veggie barbecued pork, veggie Ham, bean sprouts, mushroom, cabbage, egg)
The first tastes is “wok hei” which is describing a special taste after stirred fry. The smell of ginger stimulating the appetite and you may want to eat more. The stirred fry rice noodle is dry and not oily, and full of ingredients.
💛Satay Enoki Mushroom with mixed Vegetables Pot
The boiled mixed vegetables are placed in the bottom of the pot. The top is the paste made with chopped enoki mushroom and satay sauce. The sauce is too salty and need to improve.
