To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到一年一度嘅大閘蟹季節啦🦀大閘蟹放題馬拉松正式開始🤪本身同朋友食開一間非常出色嘅放題,但可能未當造嘅關係仲未開始,於是拉開序幕嘅就係新試既呢一間酒樓喇🧐💸價錢$588 一位+1 兩小時任食除咗有清蒸大閘蟹 每位都會有特盛三式: 包括💛金湯小米會遼參(呢個幾驚喜 好食🤤)💛鮑汁扣原隻鮑魚半百靈菇💛蟹粉白菜仔另外仲有甜品/主菜/小菜,但係佢呢一間好多食物都擺咗喺自助區,可以自己出去拎。自己本身主力食大閘蟹,所以都覺得食物冇乜特別,鍾意食片皮鴨嘅朋友都可以喺呢一度食到。同朋友一直都有食開,所以一去到都開行Turbo叫咗10隻先,可惜等咗成半個鐘都未有一隻上枱,最後原來發現係漏咗單,真係極度失望,但係值得一讚嘅係職員都非常之親切,經常會過嚟清碟同埋問使唔使加單,呢一度係加返分嘅。重點講返個大閘蟹先,佢上枱係熱辣辣嘅,唔會似係蒸咗好耐凍晒嗰種, size方面唔算好大,而打開每一隻都有足夠嘅蟹膏,但係間唔中呢有幾隻就質素麻麻地嘅,但係以放題嚟講呢,可以密密食,過足口癮🤭🤭🤭
