今次係喺最凍嘅冬至當日去幫襯❄️排咗大約15-20分鐘(個人可以接受程度嘅排隊)幾鍾意佢哋除咗湯底之外仲有得揀肥瘦叉燒同埋博多麵或者東京麵~(真係老土都要講句,有得揀你至係老闆)。我自己就比較鍾意粗同滑身啲啲嘅東京麵(黃色)。海老湯底🦐湯底以豚骨湯為基礎,再加入蝦膏同埋巨量嘅櫻花蝦飲落勁鮮甜隨麵仲有又大隻又脆彈嘅琥珀蝦、以低溫長時間烹調嘅嫩滑慢煮叉燒。另外再加咗隻溏心蛋🥚好夠流心之餘比平時一般嘅更濃味,必加~飲埋啲湯都唔會覺得口渴,咁凍嘅天氣食真係好舒服!🥣下次要再嚟挑戰厚燒五花腩叉燒同埋其他湯底~!
