餐廳門口唔算好大,估唔到入面非常寬敞,裝修有著香港本土風格。..店員教路如果只有兩位一齊食,建議海鮮拼盤點一份龍蝦及海蟹各半隻,龍蝦雖然啖啖肉,但鮮味始終不及海蟹,粥底加左海蟹會惹味好多,所以我地跟左店員的建議去點。龍蝦$278,海蟹$238。..套餐打頭陣的兩碟前菜有話梅花生同埋手拍青瓜,酸酸甜甜,十分開胃。如果會飲酒的話,啤酒🍻配花生🥜就一流。店員推薦自家製竹蔗茅根糖水,好足料,又唔會好甜,不錯!👍🏻..重本燉雞湯,材料豐富,湯底清甜。😋..蒜蓉泰式辣醬焗青口,每位兩隻,焗青口非常多的醬料,非常惹味。...甘多款海鮮材料都好新鮮,龍蝦🦞肉質爽口彈牙,而且帶蝦膏!新鮮鮑魚新鮮清甜,黃金蜆好鮮甜軟滑、蟶子同貴妃蚌份量都幾大。多寶魚雖然比較多骨,但肉質嫩滑,所以我都好有耐性慢慢食。😂...火鍋配料一圍可以揀8款。.食左甘多前菜、海鮮同火鍋配料已經好包,但重頭戲在後頭-集所有海鮮汁精華的海鮮粥!!之前試過蒸氣海鮮粥底邊爐,但係今次試完粥膽火鍋,先發現粥膽火鍋更為鮮甜,因為所有海鮮放入粥水一直煮,比起蒸氣水倒流落粥底更濃味。每人大約會有兩碗分量,最後打包左兩碗第2朝早餐翻熱黎食,好豐富的早餐
