To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 彩福皇宴雖然都系一個連鎖集團,但系品牌名氣稍有不及,若不是今日與親戚系紅磡站附近飲茶,亦唔會知道原來有間甘抵食又好食既酒家。呢張紙共有八款奪得旅發局美食之最點心大獎既點心,店員亦主力推介呢張紙,同埋都真系好多人都會揀。貌似「蚊香蛙」既旋風黃金流沙包先聲奪人,賣相已令人有無限暇想。內裡全部均能造出極沙既流沙質感,全因為咸蛋份量夠,奶黃起曬沙,勁香勁好食。呢個系芝士海皇千絲春卷,亦系另一款得獎既大熱點心,用蘿蔔造出千絲既香、酥、脆效果,以代替普通春卷皮,再加埋蝦同芝士,新派之餘,亦夠惹味好食。另有港式蝦米豬腸粉呢款得獎點心,腸粉包住蝦米及蔥花,再有港式風味極濃厚既甜、辣、花生三醬,懷舊感覺出曬黎。特別的是,腸粉皮好滑,以及夠薄!新式及得獎點心做得非常好,但連普通菜式也處理得唔錯。例如欖菜肉鬆脆米炒飯都炒得幾好,米飯粒粒分明,炒出火候,欖菜同肉鬆拎黎炒飯本來就好香口,夠惹味。店方亦加左啲脆米增強口感,食落每口都有啲卜卜脆既口感。燒賣賣相都幾好,平時另一半唔夾燒賣都話幾靚幾新鮮想試下。蝦肉夠大粒,厚肉彈牙,豬肉亦夠滑,最緊要系皮薄滑身唔會痴牙。

燒賣賣相都幾好,平時另一半唔夾燒賣都話幾靚幾新鮮想試下。蝦肉夠大粒,厚肉彈牙,豬肉亦夠滑,最緊要系皮薄滑身唔會痴牙。
