在筲箕灣剪完頭髮通常都會在東大街找吃的,這次也不例外。星期一晚上過來人流並不多,都見有些餐廳直情沒有營業。八沢 是一間日式居酒屋,看到一款烏冬是連續銷量第一位頗有興趣。餐廳裝潢就是居酒屋的風格,不過卡座位稍微有點迫。🍜黑松露忌廉海鮮烏冬 (HKD 98)聞起來本身就幾香,將黑松露混入湯底後會更香。不過建議可以先試試個忌廉湯底之後才將黑松露混落湯。喝起來奶香味頗重,都算Creamy。扁身的烏冬滿彈牙。海鮮有兩粒帆立貝都大隻,但三文魚有少許腥。

🍜黑松露忌廉海鮮烏冬 (HKD 98)
聞起來本身就幾香,將黑松露混入湯底後會更香。
