今日嚟到大埔,行山之前經過呢一間壽司店,以為係爭鮮,原來叫做魚尚,佢嘅裝修同爭鮮差唔多,兩間都係開放的認識,自助形式去選購同埋俾錢。除咗一般新鮮同埋刺身之外,特別揀咗佢哋嘅新出品,糖心蛋飯團。糖心蛋飯團$12標榜用日本米製成,但係飯嘅嘅色澤好唔均勻,呢一點有啲失望,有點撈唔匀,重點係糖心蛋,有留心嘅效果,蛋黃係橙黃色,望到都已經令人垂涎欲滴,個糖心蛋真係糖心呢,$12.1個飯團都係一個幾唔錯嘅選擇,因為個蛋真係幾出色,值得一試。
