To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🐔呢日咁啱去太古城搵朋友，佢帶我嚟呢間chatterbox express 食個late lunch, 原來佢係星加坡過江龍chatter box 嘅快餐版，價錢更抵更方便快捷，啱哂返工食晏同外賣喎！ 我食過新加坡同尖沙咀嘅chatterbox cafe, 所以都好好奇呢個快餐version質素如何！🐔餐廳佈置整體簡簡單單但好光猛，食物係可以QR code 點單，好鬼方便！ 服務員會幫忙直接送餐到座位上。我哋咁啱到咗下午茶時間，所以除咗點個招牌- 海南雞飯套餐之外，另外點咗佢個下午茶餐迷你海鮮喇沙，加配咗個黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕，咸蛋黃雞翼，跟餐仲有飲品咖啡同茶！ 🐔首先個海南雞真係唔錯，加咗10蚊升級要肶，肉質鮮嫩，都幾滑，配埋個雞油飯同特制醬汁薑蓉，正👍🐔個喇沙湯底好香濃，少少辣，真係好好食，不過因為係下午茶餐迷你版所以份量會細啲，有啲唔夠喉😜下次要點返個正常portion 先😋🐔加配嘅咸蛋雞翼包滿好香嘅咸蛋黃，必食！ 另外嗰個炒蘿蔔糕都好香口足料，份量都唔少，抵食！🐔整體質素都算唔錯，性價比高，睇餐牌仲有好多好吸引嘅小食同肉骨茶，下次一定要嚟試埋肉骨茶！
