To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. throwback 每年週年纪念日都係燭光晚餐,今年一於反傳统。我哋選擇咗再食多次富臨皇宮今晚除咗encore念念不忘嘅迷你鮑魚鵝掌煲之外,仲叫咗一條東星(12兩),用生煎的方法,which從未試過咁樣食,真正考牌菜。煎得香脆,色澤均匀,但肉質還是保持軟嫩食到最後一啖,D魚皮仍然係脆的。連一向唔食魚的家人,都kill咗成個魚頭,蔚為奇觀。全晚比較失望的反而係南乳齋煲,偏甜,南乳味唔夠濃。同上次一樣,送甜品~陳皮紅豆沙。題外話 陳皮豆豉,送飯一流。
