最鐘意越南菜,香口得黎唔會太油膩,知道灣仔有間食北越菜的餐廳,立即同男友黎試試,坐底睇餐牌先認得原來之前有幫襯過幾次新蒲崗舊舖,立即叫老闆介紹幾款菜式先!越南菜有南北之分:北越菜味道較為清淡,吃食材鮮味!香辣香茅爆炒雞腎平時我就唔食雞腎,但老闆極力推薦下就試下,雞腎用左大量香茅炒過,好香口有少少咖哩香味,粒粒雞腎都口感爽脆,感覺唔算好熱氣,食下食下就食晒成碟那種!香辣香葉炒藍貝$168咁o岩有藍貝返左,上枱的時候我覺得好細隻都有d嫌棄,不過食落睇法就唔一樣了,藍貝比大隻的青口更鮮甜,食得出係非常新鮮,少少辣帶出鮮甜。用左好多香葉九層塔和香茅、辣椒,加入魚露一齊炒到入哂味,值得一試!北正宗牛肉湯河($98)份量足夠兩個人食,入面有生熟牛肉、爆漿肉丸、軟嫩牛腩跟金錢肚,湯底係用牛骨煮成,味道清淡得黎帶點牛肉香,比平時的啡黑色湯底明顯不同,河粉爽口生牛肉剛剛好,好好食難得遇上,本來仲想試多幾款,但老闆說兩人份量差不多了,眼看份量不多,但吃完真的剛剛好!成日都覺得新蒲崗好遠,而家o係港島區就方便,可以多d來吃呢~

咁o岩有藍貝返左,上枱的時候我覺得好細隻都有d嫌棄,不過食落睇法就唔一樣了,藍貝比大隻的青口更鮮甜,食得出係非常新鮮,少少辣帶出鮮甜。用左好多香葉九層塔和香茅、辣椒,加入魚露一齊炒到入哂味,值得一試!

難得遇上,本來仲想試多幾款,但老闆說兩人份量差不多了,眼看份量不多,但吃完真的剛剛好!成日都覺得新蒲崗好遠,而家o係港島區就方便,可以多d來吃呢~
