To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間酒樓之前有飲茶中午,已經越做越差,估唔到今日黎食晚餐一肚氣,首先叫左火半隻鵝啲皮燶哂啲肉(梅)的,跟住海班魚有泥味又係唔新鮮加超實啲肉,跟住佢孖寶3百x幾蚊係海班同豉油醬蝦,個蝦肉都係(梅)嘅,又係唔新鮮,雜菜煲得半煲,個咩醬骨得4-5件,其餘用竽頭搭夠,心諗啲骨好貴嗎?收我1百幾冇8件食?仲要味道都係差。成餐飯7百幾,冇樣食得一肚氣。
