To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. lunch過黎試過成日都好似有人排隊嘅漁樂,之前外賣過椰香焗豬扒飯好正,所以走黎試堂食。叫咗呢個泰正金不換炒金邊粉,以往食過泰式金邊粉,都係自己好嘅嘢,但係呢兜...賣相唔差,側邊應放咗鹽/花生碎/辣粉,俾你自己按需要去撈,不過唔撈都已經過濃味了,濃到一個點係你食食下唔想再食,因為太濃...其實佢有啲蝦/魚蛋片中和一下,但實在唔夠多去中和佢過濃嘅味,我初時以為要撈埋先平衡番,但撈埋更失衡...可能係我少數會食淨嘅一餐,真係食唔落...睇黎下次都係要食番焗豬...前面都有啲小插曲,因為一位入黎,所以都預餐廳安排完你個位會想你轉枱,等佢地可能放多人嘅客,我今次都有被邀請,最弊今次叫我轉枱係請我行前轉左果張,我行到去,其實無枱咖喎,又無人接應,頭先叫我轉枱果個又走開咗,呢個位唔係好得喎,再問先有人黎帶,我覺得如果係咁我下次唔會想讓張枱出黎囉,呢個位真係要改改...
