To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前同朋友食過，念念不忘佢既牡丹蝦同埋生蠔，今次專登騎劫我個Friend車我地入去再嚐滋味。自助餐就梗係有冷盤，熱盤，甜品同埋飲品。不過呢啲全部都唔係重㸃，因為朕今次既目的係消滅牡丹蝦同埋佢啲同黨－－－生蠔同埋麵包蟹。牡丹蝦成兩隻手指咁粗，又夠鮮甜爽口，不枉我山長水又遠，專登黎消滅佢！！！麵包蟹，識食梗係食蟹殻，成個殻都係膏，如果你鍾意食膏可以一試。生蠔，唔好睇佢件頭細細，口感Creamy，海水味不重，鹹甜適中，愈食愈好食！！！－－－－－完－－－－－
