一直都好想寫食評,但實在太懶啦,襯住呢排成日食生日飯局一次過寫翻多幾遍先…一路都覺得香港有好多餐廳都稱自己為法國餐廳係不名不實,直到試咗Chez Patrick之後,我諗我嘅要求會更加高,因為不論食物嘅水準、特式、同埋食物嘅擺設加上伴碟嘅精致真係令又無法唔愛上…而大廚更親自介紹食品添,好親切呵一開始上咗麵包,再上一份好似mousse咁有小小herbs加lime嘅味道(唔記得叫乜…送嘅) 不論就咁食定係送麵包都覺得有種好fresh嘅感覺。1. Warm five cheese and prunes cookies: 賣相已經唔錯啦,係我最深刻嘅一道菜,每一粒發放出嚟嘅芝士香味,到於一個極度鍾意由芝士做食材嘅我嚟講,真係未食都口水流…一咬落口... 嘩!掂呀!!!質地有D似Brownie,外脆、內軟得嚟有D煙UN,芝士味又夠濃,好好味呀!!!不過,唔鍾意食芝士嘅人就真係唔好試啦,特別係Blue Cheese。2. 又係一道致愛Cheese,不過就無第1道咁濃,而且我唔太鍾意Walnut。其實,如果唔係先入為主,呢道菜都幾有特式,我個friend唔係芝士愛好者,所以佢就較為鍾意呢種清清哋嘅芝士味。

唯一覺得失敗嘅係我同朋友竟然係响一個極短暫嘅Lunch Hour嚟,而唔可以慢慢享受一餐咁好嘅meal…而且最終仲要cancel個dessert…真失敗…
