Restaurant: Heartful Veggie (East Point City)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

所謂「世事如棋,每局都撲朔迷離」,邊估到素食沙漠將軍澳無耐之前先開左間聰嫂(坑口),咁快又有多個「二嫂」加入素食江湖先得架~雖然一夫多妻制一早冇左好耐,不過多個阿嫂即係多啲野食,你話幾盞!重要呢位阿嫂係講心架添! 無錯!今次要掃既對象就係從心素食喇!wow~從心呀師主!講得妙,食素只係口裡素,心唔素,不足矣~就等我地黎睇下呢間野又有幾從心先! 不過!我地先放低獸性既食慾,睇睇個殼先。整體風格清簡,店內唔算好大,座位數都算夠,最緊要係唔會好迫。最入位置係直身大玻璃,可以邊食邊望下出面冇咩野既景,日間黎食應該可以吸收埋太陽既維他命D。 雖然個殼冇咩好品嚐,不過外表既野冇問題,最緊要內在美嘛!素人A:「點攪呀,menu多野冇問題呀,樣樣想食先煩呀!」素人B:「為左寫report你可以去到幾盡?不如我地叫哂中西日佢啦!」就係咁,係食慾同理性之間既鴻溝中,做左6個決定~先進場既有日方代表佳麗!香芒魚生壽司雖然明知啲所謂魚生會用蒟蒻做,不過唔知係咪因為切到細細粒既關係,竟然真係好似(口感)!加埋芒果更加好味,而且塊紫菜都係脆既,証明新鮮!黃金雜菜天婦羅先睇下雜菜有乜雜菜先~目/口測下有三色椒、南瓜

雖然一夫多妻制一早冇左好耐,不過多個阿嫂即係多啲野食,你話幾盞!重要呢位阿嫂係講架添!

先睇下雜菜有乜雜菜先~
目/口測下有三色椒、南瓜、紫暮、青豆
炸得鬆軟唔油膩。重有兩款醬:天婦羅醬油同芥辣汁。講真食天婦羅真係未試過點芥辣喎!夾唔夾就見人見智喇~

OK~然後就到西方佳麗進場!

作為一間本身應該係中式既餐廳,呢個意粉真係算好唔錯。
忌廉汁應該真係忌廉,蛋奶素既朋友仔要留意喇~
要提一提吞拿魚當然唔係用真吞拿魚,但真係搵唔到係邊,係得個底到有少少疑似既碎碎,
不過就唔影響個味道既,OK呀~

唔知係咪見識少。話說食食下個staff走埋黎問我地有冇叫酥皮湯,
「酥皮湯?」係就係有叫湯,不過我地個湯個名點睇都冇酥皮兩個字喎,而且應該係中湯黎!
一問之下原來真係我地叫果個!所謂活到老。學到老,師主你參透未?
突然有酥皮食可算係bonus,基本上完全可以當西式酥皮湯咁飲,雖然係蟹,但更似龍蝦湯,GOOD!

好喇~最後終於到我地祖國既佳麗出埸!

不愧係做開中式既餐廳,呢味送飯一流。
清,非常清,但又不失豆腐香味,更似蒸蛋。
就咁睇好似用三色豆hea人,不過其實係栗米、蕃茄同芥蘭切粒,再加上蒟蒻蝦肉。
(由於真係幾淡口,所以鍾意濃味既朋友仔要留意喇)

其實呢味個名幾奇怪又唔夾,鮮果同蝴蝶,蝴蝶又要有骨?
不過食落就知個意境架喇,師主!
其實係一味類似咕嚕肉(猴頭菇)既餸,兩邊唔同醬料咪蝴蝶果兩隻翼囉~
「哦~~~~~」
左翼係芒果肉配沙律醬,右翼係橙肉配橙味甜酸汁。好明顯,右翼完勝!

後記:
唔洗坐飛機。一次過見哂中西日6位佳麗,真係口福無邊
不過其實從心唔係第一次食,呢間好似比新蒲崗果間好食,服務亦中規中矩。
而且週末7點幾都完全唔洗排隊可以直搗黃龍。

好期待TKO區繼續有三嫂四嫂啊!
