To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係馬鞍山元氣食左個tea原來都幾多選擇wor，可以揀5個壽司，兩個小食。揀左炸薯餅同燉蛋黎食。其實我係第一次食元氣，d野食都高質數。壽司好新鮮，個三文魚好肥美，真係好滑好甜，牛肉壽司都好香，蝦刺身壽司都好新鮮彈牙！即刻諗起之前去大阪食既迴旋壽司！不過價錢可以再平d就好，因為下次唔洗特登揀下午茶時間先黎食。但整體黎講，食物質數高，服務友善，餐廳環境係好既。今次經驗都唔錯，下次會再幫襯😊
