To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同friend去九龍城食泰國野，黎左呢間小曼谷。一坐低店員就比左幾個餐牌我地，原來有分所有菜式嘅餐牌同埋推介菜式餐牌。首先我地叫左兩杯野飲，一杯係椰青波波，一杯係椰皇沙冰。椰青波波係同椰青一樣味，不過就係起左出黎嘅椰青，都有少少酸酸地咁。椰皇沙冰就比較重椰子味，同埋冇椰青嘅酸味，都幾特別，很好飲。主食方面，我地全部都係叫推介menu入面嘅菜式。首先叫左一個泰式炒金邊粉，金邊粉好香好惹味，亦有酸酸甜甜嘅味，好開胃，入面仲有幾隻蝦，雖然望落唔係好特別，但係好好味。我地仲叫左原隻燒魷筒釀糯米飯。呢個菜式好特別，仲配有酸酸地嘅醬汁，可以點少少一齊食。不過魷魚比較煙韌，口感都幾特別。最後我地叫左一個極上燒安格斯西冷牛小排。牛燒得好好，賣相非常吸引，牛唔會全熟，香得黎肉汁都好夠，十分滋味，而且份量都唔少。兩個人食咁嘅分量已經好足夠喇，呢到店員態度都好好。
