To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

網紅爆漿阿華田西多士（甜品）出現在車仔麵店都幾特別😊 經過深水埗一於入去試下🤩🔹爆漿阿華田西士多$40👍店家自創的爆漿阿華田西多士，面層鋪滿阿華田粉，中間爆漿嘅係花奶，一切開滿滿嘅流心即時流晒出嚟😝 視覺效果很好😍 未食時以為會好甜，又唔係喎mix 埋中間係花生醬加埋一齊好好味👍🔹秘製辣魷魚 $40👍薄薄片的魷魚超爽脆，配上秘密醬汁，小小辣，有少少麻醬味入口好多層次👍🔹柚子蜜雞翼 $34炸至黃金香脆嘅雞翼，表面加上甜甜的柚子蜜令香脆嘅雞翼好似無咁熱氣😝 炸得剛好外脆內滑😋🔹胡椒豬肚 $40淡淡的胡椒味，豬肚切絲易入口，唔會好韌😊 發現點枱上嘅菜莆增加少少辣，成件事更好味咗😋🔹招牌煎餃子 $37叫咗韮菜餃＆ 椰菜雲耳豬肉餃各3隻，隻隻餃子都非常飽滿，見到店主在店新鮮包制，即叫即煎，底面都煎得好金黃脆口好吸引，沒有油膩口感，咬落去外脆內juice 😋 配跟埋嘅醋汁更加提升香味😋 🔹鹵水豬手 $45鹵得好入味之餘，入口即溶有少少咬口，唔會去到淋pat pat無口感😋 補一補充骨膠原🤩5件豬手都燒得好乾淨，一條豬毛都無，真係用心制作👍除車仔麵外，又有鹵水，炸嘢，甜品，咖哩飯都有，真係好多選擇👍

除車仔麵外，又有鹵水，炸嘢，甜品，咖哩飯都有，真係好多選擇👍 枱上嘅辣菜莆好夠惹味，配餃子及豬肚都好好味😋 落單＆上菜店員很有禮貌，付錢時更有細心問到嘢食好唔好食😊小店用心制作下次再食埋佢其他嘢😋
