To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大埔大尾督,一提這個地方大家可能會聯想到踏單車、燒野食,其實,沿路入大尾督,都有一些燒烤場和餐廳在馬路的兩旁,今晚去的忠誠泰國菜便是其中一間,在周末,不少駕車人士更會專程駕車入去食,可想它的熱門情況。一行三人,最後點了泰式烤薄餅、泰式連骨豬脾和菠蘿海鮮炒飯。果然,它的味道略正宗,尤其是泰式連骨豬脾,豬脾軟腍,酸味亦入味,很有泰國的風味,至於菠蘿海鮮炒飯,炒得乾爽,調味又得宜,海鮮和配料都豐富,一個字「正」。三個菜都是三百多元,價錢認真合理。
