To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前兩日下午既時間，同女朋友走左去食譚仔。因為太耐冇食，所以又去左食啦。入到去唔洗等位，真好彩，因為平時最少點都要等返幾分鐘先入得。坐入到去坐低，就即刻叫野食。由於平時食黎食去都係個款，所以都係食返一樣既野，我就叫左酸菜腩肉米線中辣，而我女朋友就叫左炸醬米線酸辣，之後仲叫左一個皮蛋同一個口水雞，仲有兩杯涷檸茶。隔左成個月再黎食，味道冇差到，份量又夠大碗，辣味夠之餘又唔會太咸，真係食得好過癮。皮蛋夠香夠滑，我食唔停。而口水雞就夠哂辣，岩哂d食辣人仕。其實我已經食過好多間譚仔，始終都係呢間比較好食同埋抵食。我諗我好快又會再食lu，因為我太鍾意食辣lu
