晚餐唔夠十二人又唔想諗散叫咩好,我哋就叫個八人餐。首先嚟隻脆豬仔,外皮香脆,呢隻略肥,不過口感同味道還好跟住係上湯龍蝦伊麵,口感味道同出面都差不多,基本操作跟住呢個不得了,係全晚我最推介嘅,椒鹽鮑魚,個鮑魚係彈牙但唔難咬,椒鹽外層炸得非常鬆脆!西蘭花炒貴妃蚌帶子,呢個都係,一般操作無出事,蒸魚時間掌握得啱啱好,呢隻剛好熟,所以口感都幾好。呢間叫海港燒鵝,真係成也燒鵝敗也燒鵝,呢碟食剩半碟壽包佢就有兩隻味,一半係傳統蓮茸,一半係奶黃。呢個飽幾吸引,所以食飽咗都要食返個先
