行過見到呢間新開張嘅「金公館」,竟然有時令「大閘蟹」食,十分過癮,拎咗飛等一陣就入咗去兩個人落單好快,叫咗兩個湯,必食嘅片皮鴨同大閘蟹呢個杏汁白肺湯唔係度度餐廳有,因為清洗豬肺要花好多時間同功夫,原盅連蓋上,上枱嘅時候熱到滾兩盅嘅湯都用料十足,入面有豬肺,菜乾,水展肉杏汁味道唔會太濃,加咗菜乾同豬肉煲出嚟好鮮甜,豬肺好軟淋成盅湯都好香濃,一啲腥味都冇,滋潤補身半隻片皮鴨好靚,差不多有12片皮同鴨肉,份量足十分夠食感覺呢間明明唔係專門食鴨嘅餐廳,但係比起某某鴨子餐廳更為貼心,上菜嘅時候特登再奉上濕紙巾抹手而且!佢每張皮同皮之間,都有層紙隔住,免卻咗花時間搣開痴住哂嘅皮,真係超好服務嘅設計摩摩皮薄得嚟夠韌,包上京蔥,青瓜,焦脆嘅鴨皮不帶多餘嘅油脂,再夾上厚厚嘅鴨肉包起來唔容易穿,整個diy嘅肉味香濃,絕對係令人難忘嘅味道除咗正宗嘅北京填鴨醬,呢度亦配有香港人口味,食燒鴨必備嘅酸梅醬,幾新鮮兩隻都係帶甜,同烤鴨好夾椒鹽九肚魚又叫椒鹽豆腐魚,好香脆,金黃色嘅炸蒜鋪滿炸好嘅魚身,外脆內軟每條魚都用薄薄嘅炸粉包裹住,入面雪白嘅魚肉滑捋捋,又熱又嫩,唔係度度都食到好嘢梗係壓軸出場,大閘蟹即叫即蒸,隻

最後仲叫咗個上湯浸菜芯,菜芯翠綠爽口,上湯浸住夠溫度,上面仲有原粒炸過嘅蒜頭

中式公館俾人感覺裝修精緻,食物乾淨企理
而且呢度咩菜式都有,白肺湯,片皮鴨,九肚魚呢啲功夫菜整得出色,又有港人至愛大閘蟹
呢間中菜餐廳值得encore!
