To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行經佐敦見到這間主打無添加麵包和甜品店，以前聽朋友說過這店的牛角包做得好鬆軟好食，於是買了三款麵包回家試下。每個麵包都是獨立包裝，白色包裝紙袋前面印上品穀，袋背印上慢慢酵，漫漫嘆，有自家店的特色宣傳字眼。三個包的體積都很大，因為要與家人分享三種不同的品道，我用刀切開麵包，不切還好，一切就把酥皮散落到碟子四周，也証明麵面有多酥了。招牌牛角包，沒有饀料的，一切開看到內層蜂巢狀，口感是外酥內綿，牛油味香濃。朱古力酥外形短肥，內層有朱古力醬，一樣是酥香好吃。栗子之星，造型像一座小火山，面層是朱古力，內層有很多栗子蓉，微微的甜味，麵包也非常軟滑。食完這三信個麵包有甜美感覺，不過那酥皮碎要小心清理，否則弄到一地都是就麻煩了。
