Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酸湯魚新嘗試

已經係第N次去隨心食野，今次發現佢多咗個酸菜魚選擇~Menu有幾款酸菜魚，怕辣嘅我都係叫番唔辣嘅酸湯魚 雖然唔辣，但個湯非常麻，食到一半都需要飲啖水先繼續 魚非常嫩，極少魚骨，唔錯~食到底先發現有麵 唔怪得侍應話叫一碟已經會飽！我地仲叫咗兩個小食，炸豆腐粒溫度適中，份量都多。蝦多士個造型好特別，真係成隻蝦放喺多士上面。雖然略嫌太油，但香味好足。好少見有賣椰香咖啡，飲嘅時候就算同咖啡混合，都有淡淡嘅椰子味滲出。
