酸菜魚條癮久唔久就會發作,朋友介紹深水埗有間叫川大哥,除咗酸菜魚出色,串燒都一樣掂,今晚一於試吓呢度嘅酸菜魚有幾種魚選擇:鴨咀魚、江豚魚之類,但朋友話穩陣啲食番生魚片。上枱見鋪滿咗芫茜已經好開心,滾一滾就開始食得,裡面配料豐富,有芽菜,紹菜,大量嘅酸菜同魚片。我哋揀咗中辣,開始食唔覺好辣就啱啦,因為呢類鍋物係會愈滾愈辣嘅。魚片滑溜,冇泥味,加埋配料一齊食,愈食愈過癮跟煲一齊叫嘅手切牛,上枱肉色明亮,肥瘦分明,灼幾秒就食得,牛肉味唔算好濃,但勝在夠腍,咬落都有油香串燒叫咗拼盆唔洗煩,有兩個價錢,我哋叫咗貴少少嗰個,因為想食牛舌。拼盆另外仲有雞中翼,腸仔,豬腩片同墨魚丸,大部分正常發揮,但豬腩片就特別出色,燒到兩面香脆,肥瘦相間比例啱啱好,有肉汁又有油脂香,正👍另一單點咗燒粟米,粟米表面加咗少少辣粉,特別惹味
