黎到銅鑼灣既帝盛酒店呢度有間食中菜嘅餐廳叫圃公館,裏面嘅間隔都好寬鬆,好多枱,可以坐到好多人,仲有獨立房間,私隱程度高。今日同幾位朋友去咗打邊爐,湯底就叫咗個酸魚窩,真係聽個名都知真係十分惹味。等我湯過嚟嘅時候我已經忍唔住飲咗一碗,啲魚好滑,同埋啲酸菜份量都好多。骨嘅份量都唔算太多,仍然可以接受。之後我哋叫咗好多嘢食,包括牛肩脊、清酒黑豚肉、手打鮮蝦滑、時蔬拼盤、四川粉皮、炸響鈴同自製鮮蝦腐皮卷。真係樣樣都咁吸引呀。先講個牛,牛切得好薄身,圍成一個玫瑰形狀,鋪滿了整個碟,牛味好重,可以將酸菜魚嘅湯底味道鎖緊喺筋骨嘅部份,而且富有咬口,十分好吃。時蔬拼盤有唔同類型嘅蔬菜,有南瓜、蕃、白菜、生菜、娃娃菜等等。全部望落去都好新鮮,連平時打邊爐比較冷門叫既白菜都幾靚。每一樣野食落去都好鮮甜,南瓜浸得耐左都會變得好腍,好軟綿綿,變成蓉狀,食落去讓人感到好暖。清酒黑豚肉喺比較少吃到的,因為好多時打邊爐都係就咁食黑豚肉唔會點清酒,但係喺呢度就有一個好特別嘅地方,清酒會用個碗仔放喺中間,成載如果啲清酒,豚肉喺未煮之前要放入去清酒裏面,淹左一陣然後先擺入湯底裏面。熟左後豬肉變成白色,仍然呈有清酒嘅味道,

最後食埋四川粉皮,每一條都晶凝通透,同埋好粗好大條,扁平嘅粉皮有薯粉嘅感覺,點上醬料就更加生色不少。
